Fitness on High is a boutique fitness studio in Oxford, Ohio that offers studio classes for Hot Yoga, Hot Mat Pilates, HIIT, and reformer Pilates – unique to the area. Catering to Miami University students and local women, the studio fills a community need by providing premium fitness options without the 30-minute drive to other studios.

New Classes Added!

We have a few new teachers on the schedule this week and a new class offering next week🎉

Kate Morrow is now teaching advanced reformer every Tues/Thurs and Reformer on Saturday❤️

Our new instructor, Sarah Wardour teaches Hot Yoga at 7pm on Tuesday, Yoga Sculpt at 3pm on Wednesday, and Mat Pilates at Noon on Friday!💫

Anabelle Hess is offering advanced reformer pilates classes this Sunday at 10:30am and 11:30am🌟 You will find her regularly scheduled classes the following week.

We are also excited to announce that we will start the week off strong on Monday with Caitlyn Korallus teaching Yoga Sculpt at 8:15am🔥

And we will be adding more classes next week so stay tuned!
